Do I need to press a check-in button?
Yes — credits are added only when you press Check in while signed in, once per UTC day. Checking in on consecutive UTC days builds a 7-day streak; if you miss a day, it restarts at day 1.
Which time zone defines a day?
Each reward day runs from 00:00 to 23:59 UTC for everyone.
Do unused daily credits roll over?
No — daily credits expire at the next UTC midnight, so use them during the same reward day.
Why might a reward be unavailable?
The account must be verified. Repeated accounts associated with the same device may be ineligible for free rewards. Sharing a network alone does not prove this. Contact support if you believe a reward was withheld by mistake.
