ImgVid offers three ways to buy: monthly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, and one-time credit packs. Credits are deducted per generation, subscriptions refresh monthly, and credit packs never expire.
It depends on the model and settings you choose — resolution, clip length, and whether you generate audio all affect the cost. The generator shows the exact credit cost next to the Generate button before you run it, so you always know what a clip costs in advance. The rate does not increase because you chose a larger plan.
Credit packs never expire. Monthly subscription credits are different: they are issued for each monthly benefit window and expire when that window ends, including monthly grants on yearly plans. Unused subscription credits do not become permanent pack credits.
It can be. You can choose a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time credit pack. If you prefer no recurring charge, credit packs remain available and never expire.
Credits are delivered instantly, so purchases are final except where a refund is required by applicable law. If a video fails to process or comes out wrong because of a problem on our side, contact support — once we verify it, we will refund the credits that were wasted, so you are never charged for a broken result.
