ImgVid pricing combines monthly and yearly subscriptions with one-time credit packs for both image and video generation. General-credit tools deduct credits per generation according to the chosen model, settings and inputs. Yearly plan cards show the total credits for a full year, delivered in 12 monthly grants. Yes — the free plan gives eligible accounts a signup reward and daily check-in credits for selected video and image models at limited resolutions and clip lengths, on general-credit tools. Free generations are public and include an ImgVid watermark. A subscription or general credit pack unlocks supported models and paid settings on general-credit tools.

It depends on the model and settings you choose — resolution, clip length, and whether you generate audio all affect the cost. General-credit tools show the exact credit cost next to the Generate button before you run them, so you always know what a clip costs in advance. The rate does not increase because you chose a larger plan.

Paid credits from the plans and packs on this page never expire. Unused credits roll over, and cancelling renewal does not remove credits already granted — after your plan ends, you can keep using them with paid models and settings. Yearly plans deliver credits in monthly grants throughout the prepaid term. Credits that have already expired are not reinstated. Signup and referral rewards last 30 days; daily check-in credits expire at the next UTC midnight.

It can be. You can choose a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time credit pack. You can cancel a subscription anytime from your billing settings; it stops renewing at the end of the period you have paid for. A credit pack is a single charge whose credits never expire; during a limited-time double-credit offer, credit packs are for members with an active plan. Subscriptions and credit packs also work together, and Standard or Pro yearly members get bonus credits on every pack they buy.

Yes, Standard and Pro yearly members get 50% more credits on every credit pack for the same price: the 8,500-credit pack gives 12,750 credits and the 26,000-credit pack gives 39,000 credits. The bonus is applied at checkout while your Standard or Pro yearly plan is active, and the Stripe checkout page shows the bonus line before you pay. Bonus credits arrive with the pack and never expire, just like your other paid credits. Starter yearly and monthly plans get the listed pack credits. During a limited-time double-credit offer, credit packs get double credits for members with an active plan instead of this bonus.

You can get 90% of a payment back if your email reaches us within 7 days of that payment and you have used no more than 10% of its credits — that month’s credits for a monthly plan, one month’s credits for a yearly plan, or the whole pack including any yearly member bonus. The rule applies to every payment: a first subscription payment, each renewal and each credit pack. Email support from your account address with the subject “Refund Request”; we reply within 5 business days, and approved refunds reach your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Credits still remaining from a refunded pack, including its yearly member bonus credits, are removed; for a partial refund they are removed in proportion to the amount refunded. If you started or completed a credit pack checkout with yearly member bonus credits during a yearly plan period, a refund request for that yearly payment is reviewed individually by our support team instead of under the 7-day rule, even if the pack itself was refunded. During a double-credit offer, the 10% is measured against the credits a payment covers, including its offer bonus credits, and a refund request for any monthly or yearly subscription payment whose period included a started or completed double-credit pack checkout is also reviewed individually by our support team. Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full. If a generation fails for a technical reason, its reserved credits return to your balance automatically. The Refund Policy has the full terms, and your statutory rights are not affected.

ImgVid accepts major credit and debit cards and the other payment methods shown at checkout, processed by our payment processor. Your full card number goes directly to the processor and is never stored by ImgVid.
